Q: What is Reserved and General Admission Seating?
A: Reserved Seating is a numbered seat that is yours during the entire day. The reserved seating will be either in the Chappell Stands (Eastern side of the Oval), Clem Hill Stand (SE Corner) or Upper Bradman Stand (SW Corner). Adelaide Oval is undergoing construction therefore the western stands (IE: Mostyn Evan, George Giffin & Sir Edwin Smith Stands) will NOT be available throughout the tournament. General Admission is an unreserved seat which allows you entry into Adelaide Oval and you choose where you would like to sit for the day. General Admission includes the seating in the Lower Bradman, the concourse area all around the Oval (except for the western side) and the Northern/Southern grass mounds. General Admission is offered on a first come, first served basis.

Q: I've lost my ticket - what do I do?
A: General Admission tickets will NOT be replaced if lost or stolen. If a Reserved ticket (i.e. a ticket with stand, row & seating numbers) has been lost or stolen prior to the event, the Ticket Holder may request cancellation of the Ticket and be issued a replacement ticket from Ticketek. A fee of $10.00 will apply for each Ticket.

Q: What does an Event Pass cover?
A: An Event Pass covers entry into all 3 days of the International Rugby Sevens Adelaide, ie Friday 19th, Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st March 2010.

Q: What does a Family pass cover?
A: A family comprises of 2 adults & 2 juniors or 1 adult & 3 juniors.

Q: What does a Concession ticket encompass?
A: Concession includes Tertiary Full-Time Students, Full Pensioners (Aged, TPI, War Service Widows) & School Age Children 4-16 years inclusive. Children 3 and under are free if they sit on an adults lap.

Q: What time does the tournament run on each day?

Q: What’s the best time to arrive?
A: Come early, there are some great games early on so don’t be afraid to turn up and settle in to watch all the action both on and off the pitch.

Q: Are there other activities to keep the kids busy?
A: There will be plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained throughout the International Rugby Sevens Carnival. The kids can get their face painted in their favourite team’s colours, participate in the South Australian Rugby Union drills and skills sessions, win prizes and a whole lot more!

Q: Can I bring my camera and use flash photography at Adelaide Oval?
A: Yes, you may however cameras and recording devices for commercial purposes (35mm lenses and above) including tripods are prohibited. Please see picture below.

Q: Will pets be allowed into Adelaide Oval?
A: No, please leave your pets at home

Q: Can I bring food and drink into Adelaide Oval?
A: Yes with the exclusion of Cans and Glass containers (including all bottles that have previously been opened)

Q: Can I bring props in as part of my costume?
A: Props can be used unless the object is deemed as a weapon (no guns, knives bow & arrows, skates, swords, rackets, bats etc). We suggest only blow up items. For further details see Adelaide Oval Conditions of Entry

Q: How much does car parking at Adelaide Oval cost?
A: 2010 Prices unconfirmed at this stage

Q: Can I leave and re-enter Adelaide Oval throughout the day?
A: Yes - with the addition of Ticketek scanners – general public will be able to scan out and re-enter on their ticket

Q: Will there be a Lost & Found? (Lost keys, mobile phones, etc)
A: Yes - please phone SACA reception (08) 8300 3800

Q: Are there ATMs inside Adelaide Oval?
A: Yes, located on the East side

Q: Are strollers allowed into Adelaide Oval?
A: Yes
